This is your one-stop for Housing information! Below you will find important dates, as well any documents distributed to date.

Note: Housing Selection and Room Draw will take place fully online for the 2025-2026 academic year. Residential Life will not be accepting paper contracts.

Important Dates to Remember (2025)

  • March 14th Housing Application Opens
    • Housing Selection applications will be distributed to rising Juniors and Sophomores via email
  • April 4th All Housing and Dining Applications are due by 11:59pm (incomplete applications will be assigned a room and meal plan)
  • April 7th Room Selection Times Posted and Emailed to all students – Check out StarRez for up-to-date information
  • April 14th Online Room Selection for Classes of 2026, 2027, and 2028
  • April 30th Last day to complete dining contract – due by 11:59pm. Late penalty of $50.
  • May 2nd Last Day of Classes
  • May 12th Last Day of Exams
    • Note: non-graduating students are expected to move out 48 hours after their last final. Requests to stay longer must be completed through the Office for Residential Life. Please speak with your RA for more details.
  • May 19th Student Living Center closes at 12:00pm.

 

August 22nd Returning Students May Begin Move-In. Starts at 9:00am.

*Students that do not submit a completed Housing Agreement/Contract will not be able to participate in room selection and will be assigned a room by Residential Life.

**Students that do not submit a completed Dining Agreement/Contract will be assessed a $50 late registration fee and enrolled in the required minimum plan for their class year.
